All  of my pieces are built by hand, using a variety of techniques. Each piece is formed and attached by hand.

Due to the nature of one of a kind hand-built ceramics, measurements vary and sizes are approximate. I do my best to provide you with work that most closely resembles the photograph, but please keep in mind that you are purchasing a piece that can never be replicated twice.

Due to the handmade and organic making process of each piece, expect some variations and perfect imperfections. 

 

Return policy

 

-All made to order items cannot be returned or refunded. If damaged through shipping, they  will be replaced or repaired.

-ORDERS ARE FINAL once payment has been made . Please choose carefully, as all of our pieces are made to order. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind.

-Orders usually ship in 7-8 weeks unless there is an issue in the firing and work has to be refired in the kiln.

-In case of damage during shipping , please inform seller within 24 hours of reception to qualify for free repair or replacement.

-If a piece is damaged or broken when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the box (6 sides exterior) + interior packaging. Packages (with packaging material ) should be held at the recipient location for possible shipping carrier inspection for insurance claim purposes. Please , DO NOT THROW AWAY THE PACKAGE.
