"Afra" meaning peace in Amazigh is a sculptural wall sculpture hand formed from two marbled stoneware clay, folded and shaped to capture movement, fluidity, and quiet strength. Soft, natural marbling flows across the surface, creating organic patterns reminiscent of sediment layers, wind-carved stone, and gentle coastal landscapes.
At the center, a fused glass accent adds a subtle luminous contrast, catching light and creating depth within the folded form. Draped ceramic chains extend from the sculpture, introducing an element of gravity, tactility, and interaction. The chains emphasize themes of connection, permanence, and balance between softness and structure.
Each piece is individually crafted, making it a one-of-a-kind artwork. The neutral, earthy tones allow it to complement modern, minimalist, organic, and contemporary interiors.
