-All made to order items cannot be returned or refunded if damaged through shipping but will be replaced or repaired. 

-ORDERS ARE FINAL once payment has been made . Please choose carefully, as all of our pieces are made to order. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind. 

-Orders usually ship in 7-8 weeks unless there is an issue in the firing and work has to be refired in the kiln. 

 

-While I do my best to achieve the same look as pictured in the listing photos. There will be slight variations in size and in the way the clay is folded (for all folded stoneware sculptures).  Each piece is folded by hand and will be unique. please keep in mind that pieces will not be returned simply because they do not look like the ones pictured.  You are buying truly one of a kind pieces.
