This striking mixed-media artwork combines stoneware and ceramic elements in a captivating and textured composition. The piece features hand-folded ceramic shapes that evoke the soft, undulating movement of sand dunes. The ceramic surface is delicately folded and curved, creating natural, fluid forms that mimic the gentle rise and fall of the shoreline or desert sand. The surface of the clay is adorned with dark, speckled glaze  patterns, reminiscent of scattered grains of sand or stones that have been carried by wind or water.

The undulating ceramic forms are set against a canvas backdrop, enhancing the organic feel of the composition. The canvas has a muted, soft tone, offering a subtle contrast to the raw texture of the stoneware. In the center of the folded ceramics, there's a scattering of small, loose ceramic  particles that further resemble sand, adding depth and a tactile quality to the piece.

The overall design exudes a sense of calm and serenity, reflecting the delicate balance of natural forces shaping the environment. The play between the soft curves of the ceramics and the earthy texture of the stoneware offers a peaceful, almost meditative quality, making it a perfect addition to any coastal or nature-inspired space.
